Mayflower 400 London Lectures The Mayflower Compacted, by Rita Cruise O Brien

Rita Cruise O Brien, author of The Mayflower Myths, Truths and Legacies, introduces the Mayflower story and the importance of Rotherhithe in its early days.

This event is the first of the Mayflower 400 London Lectures: six illustrated talks commemorating the historic sailing to the New World in 1620.

 

The evenings are designed to be enjoyed either individually or as part of the series and take place in Rotherhithe, the home port and final resting place of the ship and her master. An unmissable opportunity to discover the secrets of The Mayflower, her background, voyage and legacy.
